As you may already know, on May 25th, 2018, the new General Data Protection Regulation came into force.
This is an European regulation – Regulation No. 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of April 27th, 2016, which establishes the rules that companies operating in European Union countries must respect and comply with regarding the collection and processing of personal data, that is, all the information that allows to identify, directly or indirectly, an individual. For example, name, citizen card number, email, contact, address, etc.
The purpose of this communication is to make you aware of the new rules applicable to the processing of your personal data, the rights that assist you, as well as inform you of how you can manage, directly and simply, the respective consent.
Your data will be processed by D.K.T. Representações Lda, legal person number 504202278, headquartered at Rua Prof Correia de Sá, 295, 4445-570 Maia and the email address info@dkt.pt the address of the person in charge of data protection. This company is responsible for the processing of personal data within the meaning of the General Regulation on Data Protection.
As of May 25th, to continue receiving information from us, you will need to provide us with your consent (even if it has already been provided previously) by filling out the form. In this way, we will receive your consent and we will be able to continue sending them.
D.K.T. Representações Lda will keep your personal data for the period necessary to provide the services, respective billing and compliance with legal obligations.
At any time, you have the right to access your personal data, as well as, within the limits of the contractor and the Regulation, to change them, oppose the respective treatment, decide on their automated treatment, withdraw consent and exercise the other rights provided for in the law (except for data that are indispensable for the provision of services by D.K.T. Representações Lda, therefore mandatory supply, or the fulfillment of legal obligations to which D.K.T. Representações Lda is subject). If you withdraw your consent, this does not compromise the lawfulness of the treatment carried out until that date. You have the right to be notified, under the terms set out in the Regulation, in the event of a breach of your personal data, and you can file complaints with the authority (ies).
Consent can be withdrawn at any time, using the existing form or by D.K.T. Representações Lda, Directly in writing to the address of the registered office or by e-mail info@dkt.pt.
